The South West Memory Group (SWMG) is a regional network of memory researchers and practitioners who have a shared interest in the science of memory.

The SWMG was established to bring together memory experts and students from the South West and create a shared forum for discussing research and establishing new collaborations. The membership scope of the SWMG is broad, encompassing University-based researchers, research students, memory practitioners, and other interested parties. We are currently looking to recruit more broadly throughout the South West, and would like to invite YOU to join us.

We are currently funded by Great Western Research. We have received funding from the British Psychological Society to run a series of research seminars that will explore memory research in the South West.
